Haha I would’ve never thought that the story would get so deeply involved. I figured the plot was going to just be cliche love but I’m so glad it brought in new story points
TBH i do appreciate that they added another layer in the story, like expanding the monarch life to wars instead of just focusing in harem wars. it's pretty unique in it's own way. (i read a lot of male!empress webnovels and harem life is too common it can get stale)
