That's the thing: I don't support this, I don't find the aspects in this manga good at all, yet the author decided to neutrally showcase both party's situations. I'm in no shape or form supporting a minor having a relationship with an adult, nor would I ever support cheating or the power play that did happen.
But I do support the author for showcasing something that happens rather frequently in countries like Japan, where homosexuality or pedophilia "doesn't exist", if you know what I mean.
The issues I have is that people are in for crazy rapey shit (this relationship was still consensual in a way!), wanting more, getting upset when there's no fuck scene and now they are all backing out, because this story is real.

Ugh. I can handle immoral themes to a certain extent, but there's just something hard to stomach about the teacher's level of corruption. He's not THAT corrupt for me, but he played with two people and throughout the story that wasn't even something he worried or brooded about. It disturbed me. He could commit a crime and play it cool afterwards without feelings of guilt. That's scary.
I didn't mind the bara character design. It's really just his morals and principles that bothered me. I wish he felt guilty at least!

I actually like this manga. Not particularly because of the sex scenes or the cheating or whatever, but, you gotta understand, this is a yaoi BARA manga made by a gay man who goddamn knows that THIS IS REALITY IN JAPAN. Of course this story is based around fictional characters, but that stuff actually happens.
