Look for the vampire manga with hana in the title. I think the author of the vampire manga wrote that book

I worded it wrong. It wasn't that the seme liked to see the uke in emotional pain, but the seme had a twisted personality (as said from the first chapter, haha)
I love kastura komachi and I can't believe I didn't realize this was one of her works... shame on me.
Seme is obsessive/posessive(I think) over the uke and kind of likes to see the uke in pain(emotional, not physical... he likes the uke relying on him). The seme has a twin sister, they're both gorgeous with black hair. All three of them were childhood friends. The only thing I can remember about the plot is that the uke had a crush on someone that played on the basketball team but got turned down(kind of)
I started reading Honey Lemon Drop and Tomoya reminded me of the seme (look wise, lol)
