I think i need to reread the early chapters and the prequel, but when i wrote this comment i was under the assumption that kamisawa couldn’t see his own string, but he could still have a string he just couldn’t see it because of his ability. I’m probably wrong thoooo

This is definitely an unpopular opinion, but I wouldn’t mind if the two main characters ended up with other people. Yes they chose to overcome the fate of the red string and I love that, but somebody said this, “what do you do when you’re meant to fall in love with someone, but not meant to be together?” and I think that’s the case for these two characters. I’d love for Kamisawa to let Hara go. I want Kamisawa to have a happy ending though, so at the end maybe he bumps into a new guy, and Keiji is there and sees the red string between the two characters, leaving an open but happy ending. That’s just personally how I would write a story like this! (=・ω・=)
