No fam, the uploader is not censoring it. That’s how it looks on the og site. If you want it decensored you’ll need draw over it.
90% of webtoons and 80% of manga are censored by creators due to publishing rules in their country. Dick-redrawers in scanlation teams sometimes de-censor stuff by drawing the missing bits in- bless them- . Also thanks uplaoder! To where is English raws out?
