The seal does not repel ppl who dont have the seal. It just flashed. It did state why. We can only speculate. It could be just reacting to the ml.
Someone did say in the latest chapters. The mc's seal/glow healed ml's scars so its not really repelling him but responding to him.
As for why he doesnt have the seal yet or if he's even her pair... Its not revealed yet. In the webtoon. Im sure the author will explain it later.

If he had a green mark it was because she was suffering from seeing the ML's scars, so the green mark that appeared on him, made all those scars heal. I think the FL has power, and now he has no trace of injury to his body.

Soooo, does anyone that have read the raws or read a bit ahead know what happens to her with the crest. Like, does she ever find the person with the other crest, or does it appear on azef. Or something like that. Cause it looks like some sort of repelent against people that don't have a seal. And azef will most likely see it one day. Sooo, how they gonna fix that. Ik should just be patient , but i'm too curious. Loving it so far though.
