I used to enjoy black milk tea but now i have lactose intolerance Green tea , Earl Grey tea and peppermint with licorice anise and hibiscus infusion are my current babies
I go for camomile for stomach pain, period pain and insomnia Black tea to stay awake and green tea for headache Tea can be a really good alternative for medication in none urgent/dangerous illnesses as long as it's taking moderately
