Just a guess, Just make more sense than him suddenly becoming pregnant, like almost everyone claim on the comment section.

Guys he's not pregnant yet, its most likely that magic juice is transforming his body to form a womb, (thus why his stomach was burning) and it took a lot out of him causing him to faint.
