Will this manhua follow everything that happened on the novel ?

Well, so far it does.

I have just finished reading the novel ..was to sad..was just hoping the be a change in the ending but i also doubt that will happen. ┗( T﹏T )┛...to much sadness

Is there an online (free) english translated version? If so, do you have the link? (But I'm also hesitant - the story is so heartbreaking... I think I'm going to need more tissues while reading and crying a river....)

but in this link the book has not yet been finished being translated..the finished one i read it in wattpad so i will try to look for the link once more.

I was able to find a version in wattpad. However the translation quality is not very good - I still appreciate the translator's effort. The way it was translated made it confusing and a bit difficult to understand - so I had to pause a couple of times to analyze what I just read.

I think I'll stick to the link you gave. It is way better, even if it isn't completed just yet. Hopefully the one translating this version continues. It's actually pretty good.!
