no, i don't think so. and IMO the seme also doesn't fully believe that all of it is a lie. i think it's something like he has fallen for uke so he didn't really care for the validity of the uke's words but go with the flow.

those were true, miki was just being a tease.

okay, but then what about his "sister's" child? the author somehow implied that miki was the father by saying the child "was born 10 months after the incident", and also about the "sister" "she's probably well-versed in lying too". even if that's not the case, there must have been something hidden...

i too want to believe miki was innocent and told the truth, and wasn't someone third person that came between the woman and her husband but there're just too many hints

lol no. i think you misinterpreted that part. what they mean from that conversation is, the kid is kind of like a reincarnation of miki based on the coincidence of the time of the conception of the child. it could only be the yakuza husband that made her pregnant no other guy.

Then why did, Tatsumi, the guy that ended up becoming delusional, asked Miki's ghost who the father of the child was? If we are supposed to believe that it was reincarnation why would Tastumi ask such a question when he saw the child who resembles Miki so much? I think the person above had a point in commenting that Miki most likely had an affair with his sister and her husband found out about it which was why he ripped out Miki's nails. And which is also why the child looks so much like Miki.
