I guess so. The baby is shown after a time skip of about 1 year. Both the twins have white hair like their mum. Since Kai has black hair and the baby has black fur, it should be Kai's (based on genetic deduction) XD.
I, and I feel, along many - hope that the adorable pup shown is going to be Kai's and Ruado! And I feverishly hope we all will see Kai's pregnancy and birth of their baby - I wonder what the name will be?
