And (looking at raws fr drop 14-15) I do think he's gonna be jelaous of Onoe, since you can see that Kaburagi and Onoe are close with each other and Sanjou doesn't know that it's not the "besties" type of relationship :P
And actuallyit was apparently Kaburagi who was an asshole in all this (or so it seems atm)

In highschool Sanjou asked him to be friends and Kabu agreed just because it was convinient to him. They hung out and spent all of the time together but once they finished school Kabu just cut off the contact and moved to Tokyo.
