maybe you shouldve been more outspoken about it and told them that your birthday was coming up soon. your family and friends have their own lives to worry about so you cant expect them to only think about yours. people arent going to treat you like a king, and thats the reality of life. sorry if you felt as if you were forgotten though.

I don't understand how that's a big deal? Just bcs they forgot your birthday doesn't mean they hate you. wtf. Maybe they've got more important things to do? Maybe they've got birthdays mixed up with other people.
And how can your own family members not remember your birthday? They gave birth to you for crying out loud! How can the mother not remember the ear screeching screams she let out that day she gave birth to you.......
