Actually, yaoi are mostly written for women, and when you're a women, your dream is that a guy will so deeply fall in love with that he will get mad, so mad about you that he'll loose his mind to the point he will commit a crime (for example he won't be able to hold on and will rape you). BUT : that's a only a fantasy, there isn't any women on earth who would like to be raped. I think that's why there are so much «romanticized» rapes in yaois. And more, the raped one is a guy, so you can't totally, when you're a women, feel what the MC feels.

I think that dildo DP scene was rape. I was never a fan of the series but I still continued reading it because I wanted to see one sex scene in which both of them are having fun.
And then the dildo scene happened and it was disturbing enough for me to drop it (and this is coming from someone with a rape kink).
