It's a regular pun in the LN. Each time her master calls her that name she replies with "Desire your sister !" cause Yu Wang can be translated as "desire" in mandarin & she reaaally dislikes it ! So, when her master wants to confirm it's her (after she dies & reincarnate) he says that. kinda became a test for him ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
