The wind is Ren. Ren can't generate wind without Cou. Also, in the very last picture, there is a figure of a person in the middle of the windstorm. So, you are assuming it is Cou reacting with Ren.

I loved this manga so much! But, I'm confused about what happened at the end....I think that the picture might have been Ren's wind...but what happened to Cou?
