Yes, it is illegal. But MOST translators/scanlator groups that are doing them know the risks that come with it. So if you aren't prepared for it, I guess it would be better not to do it.
I kind of want to start translating and uploading some djs but isn’t doing that technically illegal? It is piracy right? I just don’t want to get in trouble for doing so.
