It's hard to understand how it's Igarashi's fault but not Chiyo's in a similar situation. If Igarashi had had sex with Subaru and she got pregnant, according to Vienn, it would have been his fault but if Chiyo got plastered and got pregnant after having sex while drunk it would not be her fault. Seems like a bit of sexual bias going there.

They all have very poor communication. Iragashi was wrong, everything you do while drunk is your own fault and you have to face the consequences of your actions. I doubt anything happened with Subaru, however something could have, he was wasted and his judgement was impaired or he wouldn’t have wound ip in bed with her in the first place. He deserves all the suffering he is experiencing right now. He should have been more responsible, and hopefully they both will use this as a learning experience.
Everyone has a limit for what they will take in a relationship and this was Chiyo’s limit apparently.
