More than schizophrenic I think he just received so much trauma in his childhood that he became so numb to everything.

This was amazingly heartbreaking. I love a good psychological story, yaoi even better. Was a little confused there at the end; was that at a time before he became famous? I'm happy Alex was able to get away, that was best. Hopefully doc can get him some meds maybe he turned schizophrenic or had some type of mental meltdown either way doc your man has major issues and you have your work cut out for you. I was dying when he flew off that stage with that manic expression.
