It would be a problem since it is more so in China that they care about having heirs more than Korea. If anything I have never really seen this stupid obsession with miscarriages in Korean manwha or webtoons. (Same with Japanese manga and webtoons) Plus a woman can take more than just being pushed to have a miscarriage. I have known a few women who have fallen to the floor and such and while they were shaken their child was always fine.

But yeeee.... author needs to get their facts right because this is just getting beyond stupid.

I mean I'm not comparing the Chinese, Korean or Japanese drama right now but u get what I'm saying, also I don't see the point to your comment about the realness of it like i said CHEAP DRAMA, of course, a woman needs more than a simple stumble to have a miscarriage that's why its so hilarious to read this kinda drama SUPER CHEESY ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I guess it pisses me off because I myself have had a few miscarriages so lying g about them or using them as cheap plot devices kind of urks me a bit. More so since it seems to be becoming a very frequent trope in Chinese webtoons. Like I wish they would just stop with the bs and grow the fuck up. Ya know?
