I'm not judging anything consensual, if it's been communicated it's fine. Literally the scene was unprompted advances on someone who was sleeping. That's not communication. If you do things without consent IRL, it's wrong, plain and simple. Consent is necessary. But this is a fictional story. My whole point was about how we should stop arguing cuz both sides are valid and you've just wildly misconstrued my point. Congrats.
Is this all just a story? Yes. Are people still allowed to feel uncomfortable seeing someone make advances on some who's asleep? Yes. Are people allowed to *enjoy* seeing it because they know the story is fictional? Yes.
Are you ever allowed to do that shit IRL? No.
Let's all just let people feel how they feel about that scene and stop trying to change minds.
Unless you think it's okay to do to your partner IRL. Then you need to rethink things.
