Yes renta is an official translation company that only sells digital versions of the series they license. They give you the option to "rent" a title for i think 24 hours and also the option to buy it for unlimited time.
That's a little sad, not because it's been licensed, per se, but because renta doesn't de-censor Oh well...
On their Tumblr, they said that they are dropping this manga. It's because this manga "Nuretoro3P" just got licensed by Renta! and it will be released in parts on September 13, 2019 as "A Hot Wet Job for Three -Adult Toy Tester-".
