You may be right!! But hmmm remember the scene where he says arise and the whole army is standing there when he was fighting the other High lvl Magic Orc. It was an epic scene and I thought he said Arise. But will have to reread. Still awesome episode!
He did say 'Arise' because he was summoning the newly fallen orcs into his army.
Another amazing episode. Only thing missing was him yelling "Arise" and not Come out.. But awesome!!!!!
