Looking at the raws, I don’t think he actually sleeps with him. I think he tries to but only get as far as the shirt off of the blonde guy and he isn’t feeling it so they stop and have a talk and I think he rejects the blonde guy. So no cheating in volume 2 so no one has to worry.

Thank you for the link!!! Well Tengoku doesn't cheat per say, but like.... why was he even in that situation with blondie in the first place? (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ That being said i'm very glad nothing truly happened and he couldn't even bring himself to go through with it all. It feels like (and looks like) the whole story sets up to be Tengoku the one in control, and discovering sensei's dormant side, but the mangaka peels it back to reveal that our dearest sensei is the one guides Tengoku to a better place. All's well ends well (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I literally gave a rough explanation/translation of what happened off-screen and what they were talking about.

The doctor and the blond had sex off-screen (a.k.a, not shown explicitly in the manga) after sensei left. That’s why I said it was implied.

Doctor says he’s not feeling well, blond says they’ve been having so much fun so far sleeping together so he’s wondering why the doctor wants to stop.

But they did sleep together. The doctor did cheat, period. He fucked the blond guy while still believing that sensei shouldn’t sleep with someone else. They do have a happy ending or whatever, but at the expense of the sensei.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the doctor and the blond did have sex, but it happened off-screen. They only briefly spoke about it, implying that they did sleep together when sensei was away. Doctor did fuck the blond, but he wasn’t feeling it after several rounds before, likely in other locations, like the infirmary.

Yep he just wanted to prove to himself and to the blond that he’s still that teacher who loves to sexually awaken school kids with no strings attached.

Doctor literally comparing blonde guy to Aoki, how he doesn’t smell like tobacco etc and then he stopped cause he’s not having fun so different with Aoki, thus the blonde guy confessed his love to doctor again but said that doctor has someone else he loves and then blonde guy gives up.
