Which history are you preferring to. There are like a lot of History series which I believe that there are 6 History series and all of them have a different plot. I only watch the newest one which have the criminal and the police one as a couple.
It really does so I can help but think that the webtoon or History was inspired by the other. Obviously I could be wrong but its really similar.
