Disappointment

By the title, you can understand that I'm disappointed. I really liked Hyung in Never Understand, he was such a cool character. He was so loyal to his childhood friend and he wasn't cold-hearted, he liked Jaerim.

I liked Hyung because without his background story you could at least understand him, which is rare for those kinds of characters. I liked him, even more, when he hadn't left his childhood friend behind but took her even tough he knows that she is not a good person.

But in this manga, the author took it all and put it in the garbage. Now we have a rapist who is also a virgin, who falls in love with a guy who he knew like... a week or so? Oh, yeah and now he's apparently super emotional.

Look, I'm not saying that a character cant change, of course, he can! If a character changes that means that the character learns and becomes better. But come on, Hyung Completly acts like a different character! All he's morals and ideologies were changed in one day because a guy that he met.

And it would've been okay if they ended in chapter five. But no, also after chapter five the uke Completly changes his personality.

Anyway, this manga was made just so Hyung would have a couple, what could I expect.

i dont know what the fuck youre going on about but i def like this hyung better than when he was in never understand ( ̄へ ̄)i mean his childhood friend was a literal sewer rat who sucked the life out of him just by being next to him i mean she used him like a fucking ragdoll making him do everything for her, getting beat up and beating up ppl for her when she didnt even love him while he was head over heels for her and you say that was better? got me fucked up my dude and also his commitment to her was so great that he even assualted another guy and almost became a rapist even tho he was a virgin. i literally cannot see how you like that hyung better when it was obvious he was suffering every day until he met woori like yeah maybe it was all a little fast paced but im guessing the author just made this as a short spinoff not an actual long-running series sooo idk my dude i respect your opinion but i cant say i understand it ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

I'm not going to be as harsh but Hyung doesn't owe his "childhood friend" anything, he did the right thing and dropped her toxic ass, she's not a kid anymore and should have learned her lesson about getting into trouble.

As for his personality change, its been a awhile (2 YEARS) since Never Understand updated so the author probably forgot some details and decided to add more to his character. Last thing, you make it sound like its impossible to fall in love in a week.
