Surprisingly I don't hate Henry for "leading 2 guys on" just uncomfortable with the situation. At least leading them on wasn't on purpose or planned, it felt more like a natural turn of events because suddenly Sam comes into the picture. Henry liked Sam practically all his life, and he got to see the guy get married, build his married life and support it even. That's heavy, and its not simple to just let go of everything especially if he's unrelenting enough to like him all these years. Then when he's starting to accept the idea of giving up (at least he thought he's over), Sam gets divorced, becomes possessive and intimate lel. You don't experience all that emotional suffering and get over it just to get told lol surprise, he'd be angry at Sam's "sudden" interest and deny him. But hey more than 2 decades of feelings is a lot, not to mention before he could develop his relationship with Seth Sam is rekindling feelings that he just wanted to get rid of. Which, apparently, he can't get rid of now. And honestly I want Sam to suffer a bit, because tbh realizing he likes Henry just because he found out he actually doesn't have Henry at the palm of his hand is just worthy of resentment. I feel sorry for Seth since its more likely that its a henry x sam end. I have complicated feelings since I like sam and the idea of sam x henry but I don't think it would be the best pair, while I don't like seth as much but I think seth x henry would be the best pair since I want henry to experience loving someone else, not just that one person.
