Men squirting is a thing, it's just not exactly same as women squirting. When men squirt it's after they've cum and keep stimulating the penis and then (basically) pee comes out.
Squirting is female ejaculation. If pee comes out it's not squirting, it's peeing.
If you're talking about the way women squirt, spurting everywhere then yes that too is mostly pee.
I'm sorry to break your bubble but it's not. You should probably put in some research. Most scientific research points to it NOT being pee as the liquid is clear, doesn't smell or taste like pee and when checking the components only a very very small percentage share the structure of pee. It does seem to at least partially originate from the bladder, but that's the only thing hinting at it being anything akin to pee.
