While I still don’t like Ruka, I think his reason for meddling with our lovely couple is a bit different from “having fun”. He was burdened with his own physical disadvantage and became infatuated with Maya, as he sees Maya as someone who can help him reach higher. He saw Nemu as someone incompatible with Maya whom gonna block him from growing, so he tried to seperate them (also because he’s freaking selfish and thinks he knows better). After seeing how lost Maya is without Nemu, and talking to Nemu personally, he might have come to the realisation that these two cannot be separated, and doing so only results in Maya’s slump. So he stopped. I kinda admire his courage to be frank with Nemu about his intention, which cleared up Nemu’s insecurity (even though it could also be because he didn’t think what he did was wrong lmao). All in all, I hope he learnt to respect people’s private matters next time he find someone interesting...
Ugh. So Ruka created a stir between the two of them and he didn't like the result so he decided to be the 'good guy' and make a little 'push' so they can get back together? Bro, messing with other people's relationship just for your own amusement is not nice, even if you had your reasons. And your ailment isn't even a valid excuse to bitch others. Ughhh. That Ruka irritates me more than the irritation I get from Nemu's low self esteem and Maya's immaturity.
