It is hard to find LGBTQ+ movie with happy ending. But I remember some that is good:
For US movie/tv series: love simon is cute. Alex strange love is not that good. Queer as folk (tv series) is great.
Oh, Call Me By Your Name is great, but it is france? Or Italian. I forgot the language.
For japanese, I like 7 days live action. There are some more, but I find it depressing. So I forgot the title.
For korean, I only watch antique backery and frozen flower. But they are is not that cute. Especially frozen flower. It contains sex and murder. If you want cute misunderstanding between 2 straight man, I like the boy next door. They are straight but their neighbors and friends always find them in awkward position, so they assume that they are gay. It is web drama in dingo. You can find it easily in YouTube.
For Thailand, they have sooo many BL drama. And usually they have happy ending. Just try to watch SOTUS, 2 Moons, Theory of Love, Bad Romance Make it Right, dll.
