Don't feel bad. Most first times in real life are bad because of inexperience and anxiety. Some times girls are pressed to do it when they do not feel ready (by the famous "don't you love me as much as I love you"), also the ignorance and stupidity make girls to be afraid and not knowing anything about their bodies
Same for boys, if your only piece of information is porn things will go badly. Hopefully in the future people will embrace more respect and sexuality and first times (and next times) will become better
