I think the whole point of that guy releasing his pheromones was to prove a point about Doyun and help the story progress. So I google translated one panel of the raws and it roughly translated to “Other alpha pheromones-..” and it cuts to doyun throwing up after thinking that. I think it was just to prove that Doyun is repulsed by other Alphas/there pheromones(because when he became aware of all the alphas pheromones around him it made him sick to the stomach unlike when he smells Taehan’s scent/pheromones he feels comforted and thinks it smells nice) since Doyun and Taehan are a fated pair. So I don’t think that guy will have any other value to the story other then that one purpose for the plot. So everyone can rest assured Doyun is not reacting to that guys pheromones in a sexual way.
