I don't know. I read somewhere that Jenette has a spell on her which is meant to affect the emotions of people around her and that is why people like her. Apparently Lucas removes the spell finally and the effect stops and she gets exiled.

I actually don’t hate Jeannette. I thought I would... i usually hate original MCs (aka rival of our protagonist) that are naive/innocent etc... but when Jeanette called Athy beautiful after her birthday she won my heart. She just wants a family, and I hope she, Athy and Claude can be one someday.
