it seems these chinese manhwa really love starting off horribly. I just encountered that with Holy Chef Empress (or sth) too. Can't bring myself to read the first few chapters...(づ￣ ³￣)づ
I started from the beginning and found it really boring. But then I decided to yeet and skip to chapter sixty something, and after finishing that till the end, I skipped back and finished the rest. I still haven't really touched the first ten chapters, but I promise you, beyond that, this story gets quite interesting! It actually becomes really entertaining.
