It's a pairing, they are existing and frequently used characters as you will see over in the tags. If anything, you may be the only one who doesn't realise that tbh hahaha

Well... they are based off a ship from an anime called hetalia. Its based off the countrys its actually a cute and funny show. 100% recomend
