I already said this to someone down below, but doesn't the female body still produce periods even after the removal or tying of the ovaries?
if he performed a hysterectomy correctly, no she would no longer have a period. She'll still have the hormones but since she so young it may make her emotionally unstable since he would basically made her go through menopause early. But that's if She is not a HE.
