hey man maybe he didnt think about that right away. think about it from his perspective. he was manipulated and his trust has been trampled upon. he's clearly broken. he's also quite dependent too. its just part of him to be so negative.
You cant said he is a terrible guy. Please be aware of mental health issues here. There might be someone you know that might face the same problem and you might accidently said to him that he is a terrible guy.. So how do you think he will react? Worse might be suicide
yeah, we all got scars and daggers on our hearts. fiction and reality is completely different but there might be some people that relates to a character so much and see themselves to that character thus sayong he's terrible might hurt them and the author. everyone's a little sensitive even if we try not to be.
