The webtoon adds a visual side you wouldn't think of while reading the novel, and the novel is a bit more in depth (ex. the why behind some actions), uncensored (ex. of censoring: What did Feng Jiu eat to be so strong? Rice in Webtoon and Breast milk in novel), and is further along in the story.
