This happens often on that site for me, too. But generally, I just keep on clicking on the refresh button and it gets up again after some time. Sometimes takes seconds, other times minutes so i just check back again later. Maaybe their servers are overloaded so the connection is unstable or something.

I constantly kept trying and got that message so many times. At first I thought it was my phone so I restart and then it didn't work so I shut it down and turned it on again. It didn't work I switched to my wifi didn't work ): and it still isn't working ATM

I think it's a problem on their end not your end. It was fine this morning then down it went. All you can do is keep trying.
