Ok, so just finished the novel (thank you Exiled Rebels Scans!) and:
1- I don't regret anything. My life is complete.
2- Lan Zhan (Er-gege!!!!) and Wei Ying are now in my top 3 best yaoi couples of all times. Their relationship is so insanely great it gives me goosebumps.
3- Even if they skip the steamy stuff in this manga, I honestly hope they at least don't skip the first time they have sex, even a fade to black would be fine as long as its acknowledged they did it, because honestly, this is one story in which the sex is so important the plot cannot move on without it.
4- Even though the novel is insanely great and I will recommend it to the end of my days, I don't think you loose anything by reading the manga instead (other than the novel being already finished). The anime makes a mess of things, but at least so far, the manga has been fairly faithful, and although you loose a bit of character development and instropection that helps you understand better, as well as some exposition that makes the story flow more easily, the fact that you can see the characters' expressions is a big plus. In a perfect world, I would say read both at the same time, it's really the best possible way to experience this story.

The first time they have sex is it in that dream world where they were watching their younger selves have sex too?? I think i was chapter 117

    No.
The first time they have actual full-on sex is on chapter 110 I believe, after saying goodbye to Lan Sizhui and Wen Ning. However, what I'm referring to is the first time they do it at the hotel, chapter 90something, the third time Lan Zhan gets drunk. They don't go all the way, but since they do virtually everything else and it's the first time the two are conscious of it afterwards, I count it as the first time. That's the time I'm referring to. It's what prompts Wei Ying to leave the inn alone after they sort of argue, and also what lays at the base of his confession later on. That scene needs to be in this manga. All the other parts are sex for the sake of sex, although their actual first time in ch 110 is quite moving too and it shows a great glimpse of character on both their parts.

Ooohhh. I wanna read the novel but then i wanna start reading fro where the anime or manhua stop. But ik that some parts were skipped and maybe changed in the anime and manhua. So that means i have no choice but to read the novel from the beginning right?

Well, it's obviously up to you but if you want to catch up on the novel from where you are right now there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
1 - All the flashbacks that the anime crams into the first season as a long past arc are actually peppered through the novel and appear separately at different times so I don't recommend doing your catch up from the anime. It really messed up the timeline for things.
2 - The manhwa is more faithful. If you want to catch up from the manhwa I recommend back tracking a bit until when Lan Zhan brings the reincarnated Wei Ying back to the Cloud Recesses (sorry, I don't know the exact chapter in the novel). All the action until that point is fairly straightforward so you don't really miss anything when it comes to character development. Their comeback to the Cloud Recesses is when the actual story begins and you see much more character insights in the novel, so I suggest starting from that.
3 - Try not to skip the flashbacks when you come to them, even though they are basically the same as in the first season of the anime, there is a lot of character introspective that doesn't come across in the anime, and that it helps you understand better the dynamics and relationships of the characters, as well as Wei Ying's abilities, which will be very important in the climax later on.
As I said above, I think the best way to experience this story is to read the manhwa and novel side by side. The anime is great, but it deviates quite a bit from the source material so I no longer recommend it as an accurate adaptation.

Lol, just keep in mind that Wei Ying's new body used to belong to Jin Ling's uncle, who got kicked out of the Jin sect for being gay (allegedly). Not a spoiler since they literally tell you in the first chapter. It's pretty much all you need to remember from that first part of the novel that becomes relevant later. (=・ω・=)
