Someone has written a summary of the books in the comment section here and as far as I remember, these are the main occasions: a journalist started to dig up the background of McQueen's movie and found out that he became a porn star, that caused quite a big attention of him and his company, as a result, because of safety reasons, Edd lost his job and started an escort work at Lancer's place where Chang visited and assaulted him. Also, parallel to these, there was a conflict between Edd and McQueen because of the blond guy (the one with the child) who told Edd, he got raped by McQueen during their movie previously (I think it was some kind of rough play), Edd watched it and concluded to the same, told this to McQueen who said that he couldn't believe that Edd would think of him like this. After the assault of Chang, there came a happy reunion, McQueen sold his company and they lived happily ever after. Also, the person who wrote the summary stated, that they never broke up in the books and I'm not sure whether Chang raped him or the act stopped at attempt.

I guess drama will start from now on but after I read the spoilers, my heart is ready
