Yeah but even if their parents get married, they'd just become step brothers, right? Not real brothers. Since they are not related by blood, i dont think their parents relationship should be an issue.

I this side of the world, that won´t be any problem, but in Korea and other Asian countries, this is a big tabu. Even though they are not related by blood, it is not well seemed by society.
jowoon is that kind of guy who probably know too much that’s why he acts ‘cold’ or uninterested. he probably knew that his dad and haesoo’s mom are going back together and are planning on making them real brothers. it’s just sad. i hope everyone gets to be happy at the end.
