I think she Li likes little mo in a way, but he is too twisted. Although, ch. 294 says that he has pure sensory guillain barre syndrome, still doesn't make up for his attitude and all. But, I am glad that He Tian and Little Mo are better together and gives him hope, plus protection/friendship/love.
but now He Tian is saving Little Mo from you, freaking She Li!!! Ughhh I just don't understand him ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ being a bully to someone he allegedly "saved".
