feel u i also read those too! hated how killing stalking ended i felt like the mangaka was pressured into that ending it felt not completed but a resolve everyone in a way could make for them selves seems the author wanted to end it differenlty by the way they did that.u could feel it in the style of writing.
u should also read Interview with a Murder very good as well and its fun to get more see a mental battle physical battle as well.
