righttt. It's too late to tell Mr.lee now, cuz some suspicions may arise, not that i'm saying mr.lee would accuse sunny of cheating but whatever. Sometimes we forget he's a grown man, and he has his pride too, and at times he may feel like he's relying on mr.lee too much (always emphasizes how nice mr.lee is to him), which was what he did with Young, doesn't want the same thing to happen again. He feels like if he can prevent Young coming into his territory where mr.lee there shouldn't be a problem, as he long as he goes to Young, sorts everything out and live his happy life with Mr.lee.
But some people won't put themselves in his shoes (〜￣△￣)〜

For some reason, i can't seem to be angry at sunny like everyone else is .
Young was his life-support after all that shit he went through with his best friend he fell in love with. As toxic as it sounds, Young was like his second-mum. He was calculating enough to manipulate their relationship into where it was a inter-dependent relationship (sunny to young), and that if young ever left him sunny wouldn't be able to cope anymore, but clearly that proved otherwise.
Sunny is now in a position where he's able to see this now after his therapy, and can identify the red-flags now. Sorta.
So it's kind of a finish the un-finished business you have with my toxic ex and move the fuck on from all that bs.
But the think of it like this, if u were sunny, now that you;re aware of all the things young did to you, would you want to tell mr.lee straight away. Giving him hints would be fine (that's where sunny fucked up, he deprived Mr.lee of all info about Young altogether), but sunny felt so emotionally down after him and Young broke up that he had major trust issues. He was programmed to think, first thing on your mind, tell Young, no matter WHAT. Now sunny knew Young for longer that he had known Mr.lee, and it is hard to let go of past habits. so yh
