Male omega's can have c-sections too. It just depends on what the artist/writer is comfortable with. Some ppl don't mind the butt baby's because it's natural, others go for a more medical approach with c-sections. I read an A/B/O once where male omega's HAD to get c-sections because there was no other birth canal for the baby to be born. And if a male omega didn't get the baby out soon they and the baby could die T-T
That is what I tough because all the omega verse I read all of them had C-section (づ￣ ³￣)づ so I tought that was the only way (︶︿︶)＝凸
