I think there already is? When you go to add a manga to your want to read/now reading/already read list there’s a little checkbox for subscribing to the manga (which I’m assuming is the notification)

So I was thinking that it would be really helpful if this website had an option to turn on and off the notifications on Mangas. Like let's say that I dropped this Manga halfway but I add it to my "I already read" lost and I don't want updates from it anymore. Just a thought. Because there are Mangas that I don't want to read so I have added them to my already read list so I don't make the mistake of reading them again when searching for a new Manga.
