I fully agree. Also, if I understood correctly, Dohyun is not getting any support after everything that has happened, which I think is really bad (I'm also not sure whether he told anyone it was a kidnapping, since I don't understand Korean?).
Yeh, he doesn’t. I was so pissed at Sungho. If he was gonna throw Dohyun away because he can’t handle the responsibility of his actions, he should have at least give him money or sth. Dohyun lost his job and his house because of Sungho. It was very heartbreaking to see how disconnected Dohyun is from the world because of the kidnapping in the latest raw chapter.
The sad thing is Dohyun doesn’t have anyone to tell about the kidnapping. No one looked for him when he went missing. Due to his neglecting and abusive family and heartbroken by Sungho during his adolescence, he avoided making deep social connections. Now, he is alone in the world with no money and home while suffering from PTSD and stockholm syndrome. He was already struggling to get by everyday before the kidnapping, and now he has to catch up with no support.
Man I feel so bad for Dohyun. Because of Sungho, he has no home to return to. He was taken away from his (harsh) but normal life, then isolated, then suddenly forcefully thrown back to the world so all on Sungho’s whim. I honestly can’t sympathize with Sungho. I don’t think Dohyun did anything in the past to deserve what Sungho did. Dohyun and Sungho’s relationship was toxic in the past, but both party were to be blamed for that not just Dohyun. I pray for happiness for Dohyun. Sungho, not so much. He ruined his life himself. He’s got no one to blame.
