I kinda remember this manga where a boy broke his leg and ended up in hospital and he really got along with this old man and the old man liked him so much he wanted to leave the boy his whole will but the boy didn't want it and the boy got with the old guys nephew in the end.
That was really all I've rthe place but if anyone knows pleas help
