I posted years ago what I could make out on the raw (yeah, I ordered the paperback from Japan more than 5 years ago just to see how it ends, but since I don't read Japanese, I only went by the drawings)
'Shino ends up with her old coworker ( guy with the black hair ) for a while before he ditches her for some exotic islander they visit on vacation. Their small fling ends after that. She visits her apartment some time later out of nostalgia, thinking Kyou wouldn't be around at the time, but he is, and he spots her. A chase ensues in the rain and he catches her and embraces her. She cries and they hold eachother-- ( TIME SKIP ) THEN BAM, EVERYONE INCLUDING HER BEST FRIEND ARE ALL IN A GARDEN FROLICKING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME, BABIES EVERYWHERE. So yeah, happy ending I guess? Shino and Kyou are smiling happily while holding their child, the end. ''
Also, there's a live action film. If you look it up, you can skip to the end and see an ending similar to the manga's, without the epilogue with the babies.
It has Ayano Gou as Kyo-chan. I couldn't find it subbed, but you can "see" the ending.

Oh, didn't know that. I doubt I'd want to read it. I really, really hated her in this one.
